Beyond the Four-Leaf Clover: Attracting "Good Karma" This St. Patrick’s Day

We’ve all been told that finding a four-leaf clover brings luck, but in the world of energy healing, we know that true "luck" is actually aligned vibration.☘️

This St. Patrick’s Day, while the world is focused on green beer and parades, I invite you to look at the color green through a different lens: the lens of the Heart Chakra (Anahata). This energy center is the seat of abundance, compassion, and our ability to receive. When it's blocked, we feel "unlucky" or stuck. When it's open, we attract what I call Good Karma.

The "Good Karma" Heart Ritual

You don't need to find a pot of gold to change your frequency. Try this simple ritual at home to clear your field:

  1. Visualize the Emerald Light: Close your eyes and breathe into the center of your chest. Visualize a spinning, vibrant emerald light. With every inhale, see it getting brighter. With every exhale, see it expanding to fill your whole room.

  2. The "Ask" for Abundance: Place your hands over your heart. Instead of wishing for luck, state an intention: "I am an open channel for abundance. I release what no longer serves me to make room for what does."

  3. The Green Grounding Walk: If you can, step outside. Even if the spring grass hasn't fully arrived in your neighbourhood yet, focus on the "green" energy of life returning to the earth. Feel your feet connecting to that renewal.

As I shared with my teen athletes recently, it’s easy to look at someone else’s "clover" and wonder why yours hasn't sprouted yet. That comparison is like a snake that strangles your heart and throat. Use this holiday as a reminder that your path is unique. Your abundance isn't a race; it's a frequency.
