It's not easy welcoming a new babe into the world. Everything changes and I'm not just talking about your pant size! Take time, be gentle on yourself. Enjoy a Reiki session to support a deeper connection with your maternal instincts and relax into the moment. Reiki supports postpartum depression, helps moms deal with lifestyle changes and child-rearing.
Reiki and Therapeutic touch technique supports the mother/child bond. An in-person session or on-line session with your babe can bring you closer. Learn the Reiki embrace and how it can support your parental connection now and for years to come.
