A dynamic on-line workshop for pre-teens, ages 9 – 12, focusing on releasing judgment and manifesting an improved self image. Ten hours of presentation, discussion and empowerment to bust blocks, laugh out loud and achieve success! By the end of the week, students will have a tool kit to support mindfulness for positive outcomes. Monday to Friday 12 – 2pm EST

Day Two – Everyday Happiness Habits.

Day Three – Build Positive Relationships.

Day Four – Grow Positive Big Feelings & Handle Negative Emotions.

Day Five – Mindfulness & Meditation Exercises for Success!
