The Road-Map of Reiki
Reiki is more than just a healing practice; it is a way of life. The attunement process, guided by your Reiki Master aligns you with the universal life force energy and opens your energy channels - kaboom! This attunement is transformative experience that heightens your awareness and deepens your internal connection.

Reiki is grounded in five principles, often referred to as the Reiki Precepts, which serve as moral codes to live by:
- Just for today, I will not worry.
- Just for today, I will not be angry.
- Just for today, I will be grateful.
- Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
- Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.
These principles are simple yet profound, guiding us to live with integrity, gratitude, and compassion. Recited daily they act as a compass, helping us to heal and navigate the complex issues of our lives with grace and wisdom.

Steps to Find Your Inner Compass with Reiki

Begin with Reiki Level I: Start your journey by enrolling in a Reiki Level I course. This level focuses on self-healing and introduces you to the basic principles, history, and hand positions of Reiki.

Practice Daily: Incorporate Reiki into your daily routine. Spend a few minutes each day practicing self-Reiki and reflecting on the Reiki principles.

Advance to Reiki Level II: Once you feel comfortable with Level I, move on to Reiki Level II where you are introduced to Reiki symbols and long distance healing that can deepen your practice and expand your ability to heal and support yourself and those around you. .

Reflect and Integrate: Take time to reflect on your Reiki journey. Keep a journal to document your experiences, insights, and growth. Integrate the Reiki principles into all aspects of your life.
