What Is Long-Distance Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to return to balance. Long-distance Reiki works beyond physical space, allowing you to receive healing wherever you are at home, in bed, or anywhere you feel safe and relaxed.

No effort. No talking required. No pressure to “feel” anything specific.

Sessions are done remotely. You’ll receive simple instructions before your session so you know exactly how to prepare (spoiler: it’s very easy).

Before Your Session

All you need to do is:

* Choose a quiet, comfortable place to lie down
* Wear something cozy
* Allow yourself to rest

You can nap, meditate, or simply be. Many people fall asleep — that’s welcome here.

After Your Session

Drink water. Move gently. Rest if needed.

Reiki continues working subtly after the session, so allow space for integration over the next day or two.
