Tropical Energy Boost Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative) *
- 1/2 teaspoon of Bee Pollen (brand I use: Backed By Bees)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- A handful of fresh spinach
- ½ tsp of chia seeds
- ½ tsp of acai powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. If you haven’t frozen the banana yet, you can use a fresh one and add a few ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend: Add the pineapple chunks (fresh is best but Dole’s canned pineapple from is tasty), frozen banana, coconut water, Greek yogurt, turmeric powder, and spinach to your blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of chia seeds for an extra touch.
